With over 20 year industry experience as a lawyer and consultant, Tanya has advised a broad range of organisations from start-ups through to global companies, government agencies and not for profits in diverse industries including healthcare, professional services, education, defence, retail, travel and more. This background coupled with an eye for the fine detail enables her to unravel difficult issues, understand the drivers of performance and competitive edge for each business and to design practical solutions with lasting results.
Tanya joined Commercial Eyes in 2015 as a consultant in the Market Insight team and has been involved in a broad range of projects including landscape assessments, feasibility studies, market entry and market access strategies across a diverse range of therapeutic areas. Tanya has a good understanding of the regulatory, reimbursement and commercial challenges facing innovators and competitors and uncovers critical market insights to drive decision making, most recently in gene therapies, specialty and general and generic medicines, biologics and biosimilars, and in biomarker testing and co-dependent technologies.
Tanya has a Bachelor of Economics and Bachelor of Laws from Sydney University and an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management, UNSW.
Tanya is focused on growing the Market Insight group’s capacity, expertise, range of services and reputation to provide clients with the strategic insights they need to inform the strategic direction of their business, product or service offering, particularly in an environment that is both increasingly complex and uncertain.
Based in our growing Sydney office, Tanya makes the most of living on the beautiful northern beaches of Sydney in her spare time, when she is not otherwise uber-ing/supporting her very busy ballet dancing daughter and sports-mad teenage son. Tanya is passionate about community service, having been a member of Rotary for many years. She also contributes to her local school community through roles in the P&C leadership including running the Band & Strings Committee (akin to a thriving small-medium sized business)!
