Regional Head of Patient Safety
Lorenza has been with Commercial Eyes since 2011 and leads our Patient Safety and Risk Management team supporting our clients from the pharmaceutical, medical devices, generics & OTC, cosmetics sectors in Australia, New Zealand and Asia. With over 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Lorenza brings valuable expertise to our team.
Lorenza’s experience in Patient Safety and Risk Management enables our clients fulfill their safety obligations locally and globally, across 17 jurisdictions. She continues to provide her expertise as our clients nominated Qualified Person for Pharmacovigilance and/or Contact Person to the Therapeutic Goods Administration, Medsafe and other regulatory authorities. Lorenza manages a significant number of client PV audits and regulatory authority inspections including the FDA and 10 TGA inspections with no critical findings.
Lorenza ensures continuous improvement of our processes and systems, particularly our Oracle Argus Safety Database.
Lorenza completed her Pharmacology degree from the University of Auckland and has worked at a number of pharmaceutical companies.
Outside of work, she has a passion for music and has been studying piano since the age of 6. She currently serves as a choir director. Lorenza also enjoys traveling, both domestically and internationally, and exploring different cuisines through dining out.
