At ARCS 2025, we had the opportunity to spotlight a shift that’s reshaping how we work: moving beyond collecting medical information data to actually using it in ways that drive action and outcomes.
We’re not short on data and neither are our clients. Every day, we capture rich insights from medical information inquiries, as well as call logs, product feedback, prescriber questions, and access patterns. But data without context or action is just simply a record of the past with no perceived value. The real value comes when we transform that data into something meaningful, practical, future focused and visible.
In partnership with our clients, we’ve been moving away from static reports and towards insight-led visualisation tools. which can be designed to help teams spot issues early and make data-backed decisions.
When we use this data well, the impact reaches far beyond reporting metrics. It helps us design more relevant education for prescribers, tailor support for patients based on their real experiences, and focus resources where they’re most needed. It means fewer missed opportunities, more meaningful interactions, and ultimately, better outcomes for patients and the business alike. Insight isn’t just informative—it’s transformative.
During our ARCS session, we shared:
- Why having more data isn’t the answer—using it better is.
- How every inbound enquiry is a signal worth listening to.
- Real examples of simplifying processes based on what people actually need.
“It was a great opportunity to share with the ARCS audience some of the ways patient and HCP data generate insights that enable more effective decision making. We had strong audience engagement and feedback on how they can implement some of these changes into their own systems”, said Bree McKenzie.
If you missed the session, we’d love to show you how we’re making medical information matter, not just for compliance, but for patient centric impact.
