The Opportunity
Step into a pivotal senior leadership role where you’ll guide a high-performing Market & Patient Access team, support global and local clients, and help bring cutting-edge therapies to patients faster. This is your chance to make a difference in a fast-moving, purpose-led consultancy.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and inspire a skilled Market Access & Health Economics team.
- Develop and implement pricing and reimbursement strategies across Australia & NZ.
- Oversee HTA submissions to PBAC, MSAC, PHARMAC and others.
- Shape client partnerships and drive new business and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with global leaders across JAPAC and PLG networks.
- Coach, mentor and grow team capability and service excellence.
- Be a trusted expert in HTA policy, real-world data, pricing negotiations, and public affairs.

About you
You’re a recognised expert in market access, HTA and health economics, with strong consulting and leadership credentials. You bring both strategic insight and operational rigour and you’re ready to drive innovation and growth across a complex and evolving healthcare environment.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s in science, pharmacy or similar; postgraduate in health economics or public health a bonus.
- 10+ years’ experience in market access, pricing, HTA or related roles.
- Proven success leading teams and building client relationships.
- Commercial acumen and experience in consulting or service-based businesses.
- Expertise in submissions, policy engagement, and pricing negotiations.
