The Opportunity
We are looking for an organised and proactive Business Operations Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide key support to the Country Managing Director and the Executive Director, managing a variety of operational tasks such as communications, marketing, CRM system maintenance, quality management system (QMS) oversight, contracts administration, and office administration.
This full-time role offers a unique opportunity to gain broad exposure to business operations within a consultancy that specialises in life sciences.

Some key responsibilities include:
- Communications and Marketing Support: Coordinate external communications, maintain the communications plan, update the website and social media, and assist in preparing and distribution of content.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Support CRM data management and generate reports to assist with business development and client engagement.
- Industry Association Coordination: Manage the industry engagement calendar and provide operational support for company events, conferences, and partnerships.
- Quality Management System (QMS): Assist with vendor qualifications, maintain QMS documentation, and support ISO audits and corrective actions.
- Contracts Administration: Oversee contract review, maintain electronic agreements, and ensure an organised filing system.
- Internal Events Coordination: Plan and manage internal events, including logistics, budgets, and collaboration with departments.
- General Administration: Provide administrative support to senior management, manage travel and expenses, and assist with office and facilities management.
About you
You are proactive and self-motivated, and adept at anticipating the needs of both the Country Managing Director and the Executive Director. You thrive in an adaptable environment and are ready to take on new challenges as they arise. With strong project management, planning, and organisational skills, you manage competing priorities with ease. Integrity, confidentiality, and a strong work ethic are central to your approach, whether you’re working independently or within a team.
Desired qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum one (1) year experience in business operations, administration, or related fields.
- Strong organisational and communicational skills.
- High level of computer literacy, in particular Microsoft package.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and QMS processes (preferred).
- Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and deliver results.
