Tenille’s career spans more than 15 years in the health technology sector, having lived and worked in Australia, Singapore and the United Kingdom in the areas of Market Access, Medical Communications, Healthcare Advertising and Clinical Pharmacy. This diverse international experience exposed Tenille to global commercial thinking and a network that has helped define the industry expert that she is today, placing her in the enviable position of leading a team of highly capable and experienced market access consultants.
Leveraging her background in medical communications, Tenille understands the benefits of crafting a reimbursement story that is anchored to a clearly defined value proposition. By placing emphasis on understanding her client’s needs, drivers and overarching objectives, Tenille consistently delivers a thoughtful approach to projects, ensuring that the messages delivered are clear, simple and seamlessly articulated. Tenille specialises in early reimbursement feasibility assessment and strategy development, reimbursement and pricing submissions for Health Technology Assessment and strategy development for engagement with stakeholders, decision-makers and funders.
As a mother of two young daughters, Tenille is passionate about promoting gender equality, particularly girls’ education, and supports programmes to assist the advancement of skills and job opportunities for adolescent girls and young women. Tenille enjoys relaxing at the beach with her family and appreciates fine dining and an elegant glass of wine with friends.
Tenille holds a degree in Pharmacy and postgraduate qualifications in Health Economics. Her experience covers a broad range of therapeutic areas spanning both primary and specialty care including oncology, infectious diseases and immunology. Suffice to say, Tenille’s skills are not limited to market access, having recently sunk not one – but TWO – ‘monster 25-metre putts’, to win the company golf challenge at our annual staff conference.
