With over 12 years’ tenure with Commercial Eyes, Grace is known for her financial and analytical expertise and attention to detail.
Leading the Finance team, Grace’s collaborative approach and strong relationships across the business has contributed to the organisation’s long term financial sustainability. A CPA qualified professional combined with many years developing an in-depth knowledge of the Commercial Eyes financial and business model, Grace plays a key role supporting the company leadership and management to optimise financial performance and deliver company’s strategic agenda.
Grace is a people orientated manager who promotes her team’s development and has developed internal management finance training to build financial acumen across the business. Grace’s well rounded skill set includes technically strong accounting, project cost reporting, management reporting and system management abilities including design, integration and implementation.
Grace has extensive experience in building and maintaining trusted relationships while optimising financial performance and profitability through budget planning, process improvements and the use of analytics for project pricing analysis. Her extensive project cost accounting, management accounting, financial accounting, reporting and partnering experience has well developed over the past 17 years working for companies in pharma consulting, education, recruitment, retail, wholesale and manufacturing industries.
On the weekends, Grace enjoys spending quality time with her family.
